?Since when do you work with GLS? How did it start?

!We we have been working with GLS school since 2000. I´ve asked all my colleagues from the study center, if they remember the beginning of our cooperation and must say, that no one from the dapartment was able to answer Your second question properly :o) As far as I can remember, the cooperation is very vivid, clear, efficient and full of tolerance and understanding form the both sides.

?Please describe your agency

!STUDENT AGENCY has been operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 1993. It originally started as an au pair agency and step by step we have added other services to meet our customers´needs. Now we mantain our position of the biggest flight ticket seller on the Czech market and agency offering wide range of language and study abroad programmes and work experience abroad. We also belong to the major providers of transport services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our succes lies in the high quality customer service that has always been our priority.

?Why do your clients book Berlin (and not other places in Germany)?

!Our clients choose Berlin for the unique atmosphere and dynamic lifestyle. The capital of Germany offers a wide range of entertaiment, galeries, museums and places touched by history (often bounded to the Czhech history too). Berlin is a place where You can never get bored.

?What was the last time you met GLS staff? On a fair, a IALC roadshow...?

!The last time I´ve seen the GLS staff personally was also my first time. It was in November on the Berlin ICEF. We spent in Berlin two days and I must admit I was really enjoing myself.

?Did you ever attend one of the GLS receptions after the Berlin workshop in November?

!I´m afraid I didn´t have the opportunity. I´ll do so hopefully next time.

?Your impression of Berlin, especially the GLS district Prenzlauer Berg?

!I like Prenzlauerberg very much. I was really impressed, when I was there for the fist time. All this little coffee houses, clubs, lot of young people, many of them using bikes to travel, art on the streets. The exhibition on the Oranienburgerstrasse was simply amazing!

?What do you like/dislike about GLS?

!The biggest precedence of GLS school is the area. Everything what a student could need is on one place. I like this idea very much. The campus is made in a very nice, bright, elegant and practical way. The students can gather, discuss, plan the free time together.

But the precedence makes also a disadvantage. With lot of students during the high season is not that easy to fulfill all the sudden wishes and needs of the clients to make us all (student, GLS and our agency) happy in deed.
